Je reviens d'un séjour a Los Angeles pour le boulot, et je vais rester à Paris quelques mois avant de m'installer définitivement a New York si tout se passe bien. What are the important information to know ?

The minimum contract duration is 1 month, with no time limit.

A deposit of 950€ will be requested and must be paid 48 hours before you move in. You will also have to pay an entrance fee of 400€ when booking.

The notice period is 1 month. This period may however be reduced if you find a suitable tenant approved in advance by your roommates.

The rent is to be paid on the 5th of the month at the latest. The rents indicated (with charges) include home insurance, all energy, maintenance and wifi. You just have to put down your suitcase.

All service offered by Wellow are included in your rental charges, there is no additional fees.
