I've been living in the city for seven months already and I feel like sharing some spots that have given me life throughout this months living in the land of the creme brulée and macaroons.

To be honest with you all, I came to the city for the appreciation for art, but I wasn't expecting to encounter as much as I have, there's art in literally every corner and i understand some areas of the city can be a little scary, you can truly find beauty and some kind of spark in every area of the city, and as someone said during an interview I made the other day, whenever you're sad, you can go to one of the nice areas in the city, look at the cute architecture and kinda feel better when appreciating beauty.

Le parc de la Villette

I'm gonna be truthful with you, and maybe I had one of my first dates in Paris here, ahhhhh, I'm just a girl....

And honestly, it is such a cool place to go on a date, with your friends, by yourself, it is just incredible, you have cool spots to sit and just watch the incredible architecture, the great views, there's boat parties in the park itself, there is an amusement parc, it's just so so cool and at night there are red lights that illuminate the river way, it's so romantic OMG, it is quite worth the visit.

Le centre Pompidou

When I first came to the city, I always wanted to go to the biggest museums, because honestly Paris has some of the best ones in the whole world, but as many students I didn't have money to pay for all the tickets, cause I just wasn't aware of the fact that being a student under 26 years old opens de doors of Paris for freaking free !!

So I went to the Pompidou on the last day the permanent exposition was in, and maybe that made the energy magic as well and I can definitely say that my favorite views of the city is the Pompidou's terrace and since the museum is about to close for 5 years, the centre will be closing gradually and there will be some cool events happening before the closing so don't hesitate to go visit.

Perrotin Gallery

You know that a big part of my job has been visiting art galleries, discovering new spots and new artists to share with you guys ! and I can tell you that my favorite gallery that I've been to so far has been Gallerie Perrotin 💫

I have found some of my favorite artists at Perrotin, the curation is immaculate, the spot is so pretty and I really love the fact that the gallerie is divided in two, sometimes there's two artists exposing at the same time or sometimes on the other side there is a pop up store as right now with the Pharrell William's curated expo.

The place is magical, the artists exposing are always incredible to find out about and their store has a ton of pépites.
